Claude M. Ballard, CRE, MAI, FRICS, Partner
Claude, a retired partner of Goldman Sachs, served the firm as General Partner from 1981 to 1988, and a Limited Partner and Senior Consultant from 1988 to 1999. He also served as Senior Vice President in Prudential Insurance Companys real estate investment department and as director of several of Prudentials subsidiaries. He is a former Chairman of both the Urban Land Institute and Rockefeller Center Properties. Claude served Wharton, Harvard, SMU, Wisconsin, and New York Universities as a guest lecturer on the subject of income producing real estate investment, development and management. Claude held prestigious credentials from Counselors of Real Estate and was a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Claude Ballard is now deceased. His estate is managed by his daughter, Robin Ziperski.
